Prof. Abhijit Giri With exceptional knowledge and extensive experience in the business and corporate sectors, Mr. Abhijit Giri is currently associated with Adamas University as the Senior Vice President – CDC, Skill & Consultancy, and Group Outreach, and also serves as the Director – Alumni Relations. He leads Corporate Relations, Skill & Consultancy initiatives, Alumni Relations, and Student Affairs for both Adamas University and the RICE Group. He is also responsible for driving strategic growth, business development, and expansion initiatives for the group. Mr. Giri holds an M.Sc. in Information Technology and an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources. He is certified in Project Management from the University of California and holds a certification in Inclusive Education Ecosystem from IIM Calcutta. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. from IES University, Bhopal, with a research focus on “The Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Academic Achievement, Performance, and Social Competence in High School Students.” Previously, Mr. Giri was associated with Asia Pacific Learning Leverage Ltd. (APLL), the education arm of Smart Value Group, as the Country Head – Business Operations and a Member of the Board. He led business operations across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Thailand, and also initiated business in Kenya. He was a respected member of the Group Strategic Management Committee of Smart Value Group. With over 23 years of professional experience, Mr. Giri has worked across sectors such as IT (software development), FMCG – Health & Wellness, and the Education Industry. His previous associations include Database Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (DBSPL – USA), NIIT, APLL Ltd, and the RICE Group.
